Caernarvon Projects: update 1/15/2024

1. Properties demolished - no info on what will replace them - Old house by BB's, Motel and part of Clocktower Plaza (Lancaster County)

2. Behind Taco Bell -  One  professional office for Dr Kim's dental office. Two offices will be built in the future, no ETA.

4. XTL- on Shiloh next to the turnpike. Approved but has asked to stop work on the project. They are working on stabilizing the site.

5. Twin Valley Coffee- working on new location at same spot.

6. Old Turnpike Entrance aka Morgantown Road Commercial Project- zoning variance approved, waiting for plan for review - the developer said it was 99 year lease and they plan on building 101,400 Distribution Warehouse, 9000 retail and 3235 restaurant. 7. Airport Property - Planned residental development with a front strip mall was denied. New zoning text amendment is expected soon.

8. Windstream (Twin Valley Road) has had a plan on the books since 2008 & it has an indefinite time extension.

9. Popeye's is slanted to be next to Wendy's in Morgantown Crossing (next to Sonic) - being built, no ETA on opening

10. Morgantown Affiliates Land Development Plan (Morgantown Coffee Property) - nothing submitted yet. The property is for sale. 

11. Mim's Place Bakery - Opened 1/6/24 "New store opened in up in Morgantown  Crossing.  Located between Great Clips and Verizon.  Baked Goods coming soon.  But have a "old fashion" candy store . Different vendors. Tumblers, flags , license plates and more (can be Custom made) stop by to check it out (winter hours) Monday /Tuesday closed. Open 11am-7pm wed-sun"
